Spencer House is a stylish and versatile four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home in Leura, N S W, accommodating up to 8 guests. Ideal for families, friends, or group getaways, this multi-level home offers comfort for all seasons with a slow combustion wood fireplace, reverse cycle heating/cooling in the living room, and reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a butler’s pantry with a second dishwasher, a wine fridge, and a European laundry with washing machine and dryer. Entertain outdoors with the gas pizza oven, BBQ, and deck overlooking the backyard. For indoor relaxation, enjoy the 55” smart TV, a library with books and games, and Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi. Children are well catered for with a high chair, porta-cot, and children’s books.
Unwind in the spa with backyard views or curl up next to the fire pit during cooler months. Pets are welcome, although the property is unfenced. Conveniently located just a short drive from Leura Village, Spencer House allows easy access to local shops, restaurants, gardens, and scenic bush walks, while providing a peaceful retreat to relax and rejuvenate in style.

The setting and house were beautiful The spa did not work at first but the property manager was wonderful and organised a technician to fix it the same day .Lovely welcome chocolates and prosecco.Management was brilliant .The house is dog friendly but the back yard is not fenced but is a very large yard for dogs on a leash to run around.It was a good location and we had a very relaxing ,happy time at Spencer house.
