La ubicación es perfecta, a 100 metros del Castillo de Wawel, excelente ubicación. El apartamento por fuera no está muy bien pero por dentro está reformado y es muy bonito. Otro punto a favor es el restaurante que tiene justo debajo donde comimos comida típica y estuvo de 10.

Excellent Location: Within easy walking distance of major attractions, including Wawel Castle, the Old Town (Stare Miasto), and the Jewish Quarter.

High Comfort Level: The beds are comfortable, ensuring a proper rest.
Cleanliness: Both the rooms and the bathrooms are maintained to strict hygiene standards.
Comprehensive Amenities: The property is fully equipped with necessary appliances, providing an iron, washing machine, dishwasher, and hairdryer for practical daily use.
Fragmented and Impractical Layout: The property is marketed as a single unit but actually consists of three separate apartments. Crucial amenities are illogically scattered across these units (e.g., the fridge in one, the microwave in another, and spare toilet paper in a third). This setup is highly frustrating, as it forces guests to constantly rely on others to unlock doors just to access basic food or supplies.
Substandard Parking Facilities: While the high parking fee might be standard for this area of Krakow, the actual parking space is an unpaved, poorly maintained inner courtyard. There are no designated spots, and due to numerous potholes, rainy weather forces guests to walk through mud and deep puddles to access their vehicles.
Confusing Key Management: We were given a large, disorganized bundle of keys with no clear instructions. Despite multiple people trying, we could never identify the key for the main entrance door that connects the three units. Consequently, the main shared door remained unlocked during our stay, forcing us to constantly lock our individual apartment doors for security.
Severely Inadequate Storage: The property lacks sufficient storage space for clothing. There are only two wardrobes available in total, which is completely inadequate for our group of 10 people, and highly problematic for a property advertising a maximum capacity of 14 guests.
Inconsistent Climate Control: The heating system is highly unbalanced. Some rooms were overheated to the point where guests had to sleep with open windows, while other rooms were too cold, requiring extra blankets.
Limited Hot Water Capacity: The showers rely on a boiler with insufficient capacity for a large group. If one person takes a slightly longer shower, the hot water is entirely depleted for the next guest.
