Hugo VIP Apartments

Our stay at Hugo VIP Apartment 17 was absolutely wonderful. We were extremely happy with our choice and honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay in Krakow. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we needed. Everything was prepared with great care, and we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The location was also excellent and very convenient for exploring Krakow. What impressed us most was the cleanliness and overall quality of the apartment. It felt welcoming, peaceful, and very well looked after. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and we truly enjoyed every day of our stay. I would absolutely recommend Hugo VIP Apartment 17 to anyone visiting Krakow. It exceeded our expectations, and if we return to Krakow in the future, we would be very happy to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay in Krakow so comfortable and memorable. A truly excellent experience — highly recommended! ❤️

Location

In general it was clean but could have been cleaner. there was a smell of a dead animal (I assume pigeons coming from the roof) when we sat on the sofa. Also drawers in the bathroom and the sockets needed dusting

Layout and space of the property were great.location was good, walking distance to the main attractions.

Air conditioning unit was very noisy and given how warm it was through the night had to sleep with it on.

Very comfortable, many things provided, very clean, great value for money

Washing machine seemed faulty but not sure
