Modern, very clean, comfortable bed
Might benefit from instructions in english about how to use the heating system. During my stay, temperature was perfect.

Cozy, nice and confortable apartment.
4th floor without elevator and acces is trought some very old stairs. Mattress for the bad should be alto considered to be better.

Great location and easy to communicate
I liked everything but if I can give some feedback that it would be great to have somewhere to store our luggage pre or post trip.

We like the location- walking distance to majority attractions such as Wawel, Centre, Old Town, Schindler's List passage and the Jewish quarter. Good transport links. The apartment was equipped with a small amount of items: coffee, sugar, salt, toilet paper, soaps and washing liquid, so there's no need to rush to the shop for basic items when you first arrive which is convenient and very helpful. Communication with customer service was great and very helpful, accommodating and hospitality. We would definitely choose this place again.
We like everything and the only small suggestion is to place a shelf in the shower for personal items. 😊
