Nice chalet but intransparent and unreasonable communication prior to arrival ruined the experience
Wood fired jacuzzi with a very nice view. Log fire in the cabin in the chalet was nice. Location was close to everything we needed.
Small print about additional costs which is highly unusual and not expected on this platform. Being notified about the cost details one day before arrival when we booked two months in advance. Being notified one day before arrival that we may not get to use the outdoor jacuzzi, which was one of the only reasons to book the accommodation. Unreasonable commnunication from the owner.

Wonderful stay in Engelberg
The chalet was beautiful and much larger than pictured. Incredible location with amazing views of the town and mountains. The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Notre séjour à Engelberg a été très agréable. Le chalet est idéalement situé à 5 min du centre ville du village en voiture (25 min à pied) et bénéficie d’une vue exceptionnelle sur le glacier du Titlis. Notre hôte Aléna nous a accueilli personnellement et chaleureusement et nous a fait visiter le chalet. Le chalet est confortable et très bien équipé et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Alena nous a partagé de nombreuses informations sur les randonnées et les activités possibles à Engelberg et dans les environs. Elle est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour.

بيت جميل ما تحتاج تجيب معاك اي شيء عندهم غسالة ملابس ونشافة والمطبخ متكامل فيه كل شي تحتاجه من ادوات طبخ وثلاجة وفريزر وغلاية ماي ومكينة قهوة الدور الارضي يتكون من صالة ومطبخ ودورة مياه والدور اللي فوق 3 غرف نوم والسرداب او القبو غرفة للاطفال وغرفة خدمات فيها الغسالة والنشافة ودورة مياه ثانيه اما الحديقة جميييلة جداً وفيها خصوصية واطلالة على البحيرة من فوق الجبل والموقع ممتاز بارد والغيم يدخل عليك بالبيت والحديقة وبالنسبة للموظفة الينا كانت ودودة جداً ومتعاونة وتحسسك ان البيت بيتك فعلاً وقالتها لنا البيت بيتكم سووا اللي تبونه بس احرصوا عليه مثل بيتكم تجربة تتكرر ان شاء الله
