About this house rental
You will love this modern, light and spacious 5 bedroom 2 living area, 2 bathroom house with plenty of outdoor space. Perfect for large groups or families. You will be close to everything at this central location, 5 minute walk to Geraldine town center, tennis courts, local swimming pool and walking tracks.
Plenty of parking onsite and on street, secure private outdoor spaces, with large grass areas and patio.
The large 240m2 home has recently been fully renovated and feels like a new house with a light clean and stylish look.
The space
Modern Two story 5 bedroom house.
Downstairs you will find the open plan kitchen dining/living area that opens up onto the front lawn. Up the hallway you will find the main bathroom with shower and separate bath, also 4 bedrooms, one featuring a Queen bed, one with a King and single bed, one with a single bed and one with a single and pull out trundler bed.
finishing off the ground floor is a separate toilet and a laundry. The lower floor is heated by a heat pump and a log burner.
The upper floor has the Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, and a second living space with balcony that has views of Talbot forest, this floor is heated by a heat pump.
Both living areas have a TV with Sky/Cable with movies and sport channels
There are 2 outdoor areas, a large lawn with patio at the rear of the house and another lawn area at the front that the main living area opens onto .
