Great couples getaway. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and cozy piece of paradise located so close to so many things; Cocoa beach, shopping and dining and Marker 24 Marina where you can launch your boat. Sits on a quiet piece of property on the Banana River - Second story allows for a private time on the balcony with morning coffee or a mimosa, watch a romantic sunrise over the river and possibly catch a dolphin or a manatee. Watch a space launch, go on a BIoluminescence Kayak outting close by, walk down to Marker 24 Marina for a nice dinner and drinks by the water(also available to launch your boat from there). Shared area includes fenced-in backyard, dock, BarBQ and laundry

Private entry way to the stairs to a locked door where the code will be given 24 prior to visit. designated free parking.

Kathi was a fantastic host with plenty of recommendations of things to do in the area, very accommodating, and was so kind! She told us about the bioluminescence in the ocean and offered us her kayak to see it up close! The cottage was right on the water and we were able to see so much wild life, especially dolphins. Very awesome experience, would definitely stay again!
