Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. This property has everything! Including dolphins! It is well maintained, very clean and we felt safe. We certainly enjoyed watching the dolphins every day. We did see manatees the last couple of days we were there. Which was very cool! Beautiful view from every room. We loved being able to make meals when we wanted to and to do a load of laundry (during our downtime). It just made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We fell in love with the Cocoa Beach area and will definitely be back!

Our experience was great, we loved our view and the extra bonus of watching the dolphins, manatees, birds, and the jumping fish. The house was well equipped to meet all of our needs, and the manager Matthew and Craig were very kind and helpful. Hazel also was sweet!
