Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. This unit was very clean which is the most important aspect of a rental. We appreciated the amenities in the kitchen, everything was supplied and in excellent condition. We were fortunate and were able to view three space launches from the property during our stay. The dolphins made a daily appearance and were very fun to watch. Overall the unit met all of our expectations!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It appears to have been recently updated and a lot of thought went into it. The kitchen has newer appliances and was stocked with many plates, flatware, cookware, etc. Everything was bright and cheerful throughout the unit.The property is one of six condos in the building - it is not a stand-alone property. The family room and main bedroom had a great view of the river, and it was nice to enjoy that aspect. There are docks off the back of the property with kayaks and lifejackets available to use at no additional cost.The bedrooms were very comfortable. The main bedroom was adequate in size with a very comfortable king-size bed and across from the main bath is a walk-in closet. The pillows were also quite nice. We had plenty of storage room as well.The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. There was a dresser/night stand in between the two beds.There were two bathrooms. The main bath had a very nice shower, vanity, and toilet. It was well-lit and comfortably sized. The second bath had a tub/shower combination as well as a toilet and vanity. The family room/den was also very nice. It was comfy and roomy, and the five of us had plenty of room to relax and take in the amazing views of the Banana River. The unit also has a full-size, recent model washer/dryer, which is very convenient.Parks, grocery stores, the ocean, and other amenities are within driving distance. From the family room windows, we saw dolphins one evening.
