About this house rental
Keep it sweet and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. This fully remodeled home is built on a low-traffic street with a large backyard and is only minutes away from the local attractions. Only a 2-minute drive from Historic Cocoa Village and a 15-minute drive from the beautiful Cocoa Beach. Enjoy ice cream anytime at the Dairy Queen just down the street. Pets are allowed but a pet fee is required. If you have a pet you must message me the number of pets, breed, and size before booking. :)

"We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless! All the rooms were very nice and was exactly as described. Great location in a quiet area but in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The host provided excellent communication and made check-in a breeze. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommended

The house was spotless! All the appliances were newer and worked great. Plenty of towels! We truly enjoyed the stay. Host was great at communicating! It was only 10 minutes to our event.

Before we even opened the door, we could hear the dead/dying battery alarm on one of the smoke detectors. We were unable to find batteries to replace them. Doesn’t seem like anyone came the property before our stay. The floors, guest bathroom, and stove were dirty. All the closets had too much stuff in it to hangs up clothes (we were there for a wedding) or place shoes. There was an open bucket of Tide pods on the floor in the laundry area! Luckily my mom noticed and picked it up before my toddler was brought in. There was no AC in the 3rd bedroom in the back of the house. Could only find bathroom towel for the house in the master bedroom and there were bleach stains and holes in those towels.
