We all had an amazing time staying at your home. It was beautiful and met all our needs. Very clean, nice, and kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

The property overall was good. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Location was very convenient for our needs and the neighborhood in general, quiet. That said, there is room for improvement. It is clear that it is getting a bit rundown and there is some maintenance that needs to happen in general. Please note the following insofar as specifics:– Water feature ponds were not working and looked to be in need of repair. In addition, mosquito tablets should be used as the mosquitos were out of control once the sun started going down.– Grill needs to get a good scrubbing and clean on the grates. I suggest this be done after every booking.– Large bedroom with King Mattress, Mattress needs to be replaced. It sags in the center making it uncomfortable for more than one person to sleep on.– Hall shower stall floor tile is very slippery. I would seek out a way to remediate this as it posses a HUGE liability risk.– Too many cockroaches were found. While I understand this is FL, and being from HI I know cockroaches are unavoidable, I would work to mitigate their presence inside. The other family I shared the property with was completely freaked out by them.– Kitchen Countertops: This is more a long-term suggestion, I would advocate replacing them with the same granite used on the island. Wooden countertops, given the amount of use they get for a rental, is not a great idea.Regardless, overall, good property. I enjoyed the convenience it provided us.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! The pool and screened in porch area was great to sit and relax. Wish the sliding door handle was fixed before our stay but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the property.
