Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2
bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have.

Wonderful experience!! Easy check in process and owners answered all my questions in a timely manner. The kayaks were an added bonus after a long day exploring, out fishing, or at the beach. Great location to supermarket, restaurants, Ron Jon’s, ice cream and beaches. Kitchen made it easy to cook our catch, and the view on the water was priceless!! Very safe complex, and everything was in working condition. Blue tooth speakers and soft colored lighting was a nice addition in the bathrooms. Beach towels, boogie board, and chairs were included! Manatees and dolphins spotted daily. Only recommendation- bring personal body wash/soap when staying here as we couldn’t find any in the condo- although hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher liquid was available. Well worth the price, cleaning fee, and accommodations! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This unit was great! There are renovations going on in at least one other unit. They do have an iron and ironing board. The coffee maker is a k-cup and drip combo. They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, bake, etc. Spices/Condiments: just s&p, syrup, a couple others. Nothing else. Comfortable beds. H/W is hot enough. Three big flatscreens. One bedroom has a private bath. Prepare to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables. But you might be ok depending on length of stay. It was cold last week, so we didn't get in the water. We did see dolphins jumping around right behind the house. Some good restaurants around but watch out. It is a fairly long walk into town, for us anyway, so we drove. There are one-way roads, and it was a bit of a pain in the rear, but we finally got the hang of it on our 8th day, when we left. A few bikes would have been a nice add for this location, which is right across from the town schools. Watch your speed. We only heard the school PA system once or twice, but no yelling and screaming kids:) Close to the beach. It is a nice walk along the water, but nothing to do on the pier. Everyone was friendly. Oh, there is a British pub and restaurant Pig & Whistle or something. Go there. Toll expressway from Orlando to Cocoa. They have EZ pass, cash, and pay by plate. You are covered. The drive from the airport was great! It was and well planned out. Lots of infrastructure and road work going on! Love those red states! Peace-
