Spacious 2 or 3 BR ocean side home with pool - private lot & panoramic views.

We were looking for rental property at Roatan and almost booked one... And we are so happy we didn't and ended up Rusty Breezes in Utila. We wanted property that's close to the beach but also wanted to have an option of the pool to relax, quiet and piecefull, but still not too far form "civilization"... This house has great location, off main grid, but not too remote, accessible by main road in beautiful quite neighbourhood, right across the palm park and bay with small sandy beach where you can watch beautiful sunrise. You can snorkel in the bay and see nice coral and marine life. The house is more beautiful than on the pictures, bedrooms are bright and big leading to first floor deck with pool and screened siting area. On the street side of the house is nice kitchen with all modern appliances and TV room leading to another deck overlooking garden with the view of the bay and park. Second floor has. accessible wrap around deck where you can watch beautiful sunsets. From the moment we booked it, the host (Ann) was in contact with us, she helped us with chartered flight from Roatan, many great recommendations from restaurants, snorkelling spots to rentals. The manager of the property (Lijia) was great too, she waited for us at the airport, was in touch during the stay and helped us with fishing trip and other recommendations.This is one of our favourite properties we rented. We really enjoyed the stay and loved the place. Worth every penny. We love Utila!
