Great house in a good location, quiet but close to town. Blanca was super helpful when we had issues with our golf cart rental or with anything else we needed. There is a rinse tank and clothes line which was very nice for our dive equipment. Beds are comfortable and good water pressure with plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen is clean well stocked with equipment. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck/house. Met the owners at the ferry dock-super nice people. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

This lovely, well maintained home was perfect for our 3 couples. The views were amazing from both upstairs and the ground floor unit. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. Top of the line finishing touches added to the feeling of luxury.The manager met us at the ferry and even helped us get a better deal when our 6 person golf cart broke down 2 blocks from ferry by suggesting we ask for 2 smaller easier to drive carts. The homes location is quiet and peaceful with beautiful landscaping. There is a very good waterfront restaurant, The Pointn a couple blocks away. We were able to snorkel from the shore nearby. Both the manager and owner were easy to reach and responded promptly. Highly recommend this home.

Everything was as listed. Great home, has everything, location is awesome! When we go to Utila again this is the place we would stay. Commnication with owners and Blanca could not be any better! Could not be any better!

This house is stunning. We stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable throughout our visit. The property manager was always available if we needed anything. She had everything I requested waiting at the house for us upon our arrival, which was a pretty tall order since it was one of our traveling companion's birthday. She even helped sort out a credit card switch that happened at one of the local restaurants.
The location of the house is perfect. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes or less. There is a beach club and a pool bar very close to the house. We rented a 6 person golf cart and had no issues parking it in front of the house, and we used that daily to get around on the island.
The beds are very comfortable and there are large TVs in each room. They have these heavy wooden rocking chairs on the front and back porch that are great to sit in and watch the ocean or people coming and going on the road. The hammocks are very high quality and comfortable. We spent hours sitting on the porch and watching the ocean. We even saw a huge pod of dolphins go by.
The only downside is that it was a bit difficult to get into the ocean from the back yard. There was a storm that washed away the little beach they had in the backyard, but the property manager said they will be fixing that soon. The ocean is really rocky, so water shoes are a must!!!
We left on 3/11/23, and I was very sad to go. If we ever end up on Utila again, we would hope to stay at the Coral Ridge House.
