We're in Building 5 back from the beach. Peaceful, roomy, 2nd floor 2-bedroom villa (sleeps up to 6) with only a short flight of stairs or elevator ride, situated just far enough away---but still at poolside---to mute the clamor and noisy activity of the pool's deep-end pool bar crowds and the main Palapa Beach Bar/Restaurant. Our luxury Condo 503 is one of the most popular VRBO rental sites in this resort.

This was our 4th trip to Infinity Bay and 2nd at this condo. The condo is perfect, the host is prompt in communications, and the people at the resort are so friendly. We love it here. One of our favorite places to vacation!

The resort is beautiful! Our room was clean with daily housekeeping which we did not expect but appreciated. Kenny, our host was very easy to communicate with, very responsive, and provided transportation recommendations, grocery advice, and checked in with us during difficult travel day. Bathrooms and bedrooms were nicely equipped with toiletries and bedding. Kitchen included basic dishware, however it would have been nice to have food storage option to store leftovers of items we prepared in room. We failed to think of this when visiting local grocery store. We had a very rainy week, so spent a lot of time in our room, very comfortable. Even with the rain, we very much enjoyed our time in the pools, in the ocean, and on our balcony. We also enjoyed the resort cats!

The condo was very lovely, but items like salad bowls, mixing bowls and usable paring knives were not available. A handheld shower head would make a great addition because lack of water pressure made it impossible to get shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The beds had a heavy comforter and sheet. One was too hot and using just a sheet was too cold. I had to use the comforter and turn the air up which wasted electricity. A simple fix would be to supply a light cotton blanket; it is the tropics. The pillows were wimpy. What spoiled our stay were the throngs of under aged kids in the pool unsupervised breaking almost every posted rule. You could hear the screaming kids from 8 am to 9 pm. Why not supervise the pool and enforce the rules? Older adults should be able to enjoy a swim without worrying about bring jumped on by wild kids. Dozens of bees were in the pool at times also. The food and service were okay one time and horrible the next. For those reasons I would never stay at Infinity Bay again. I didn’t pay $4,000 to get a headache and have my ears deafened.
