5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. Large sun deck with lounge chairs beside the 5 feet deep plunge pool, a gas grill for grilling, an outdoor dining/seating area, and ceiling fans to keep cool. Fully stocked large Kitchen with island and stools, top-of-the-line appliances, 2 LCD smart TVs, games, puzzles, and coloring books for the kids. 60 steps from Rocky point beach, 10 minutes from Utila Town Center, and the best 360-roof platform on the island.

The house was very nice. Problems were issues with front door notclosong or locking with humidity issues causing floors to swell. It is the tropics. Transpirtation was difficult due to road construction. When that is finished will be excellent location.

The house was really nice, clean, and a lot of space. The location was great for our group, it was not right in town but a short ride to the main area. The check in process was super easy. The property manager was waiting for us at the dock when we arrived, he was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had no problems and would recommend this property to anyone.
