    Here’s a natural-sounding Agoda review that feels personal and genuine: We had a wonderful stay at La Belle Maison Hotel from 14–16 June and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Even before our arrival, the hotel team was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries, which made planning our trip much easier. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt well taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Thor and Mr. Loki for their exceptional customer service. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. We had an early checkout, and they thoughtfully arranged a hearty packed breakfast for us so we wouldn’t miss the most important meal of the day. This level of care exceeded our expectations. The lake view from our room was absolutely beautiful. Whether it was early morning, daytime, or evening, the scenery was always stunning and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our visit and highly recommend La Belle Maison Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.     Traveling to these great cities in the world always required a great accompanying base - a home - and La Belle Maison literally feels like a great home to be in Hanoi. We have cherished our beautiful five nights in Hanoi in this home - whenever we came back exhausted from the heat strolling in the old town, sweating after morning jog around the lake, and late night drinks. I trust that this hotel - with such a warm hospitality from the boys - and great breakfast - and great view - will serve as a great little home for you during your stay in Hanoi. Thanks for making our beautiful memories.

    I'm super impressed by how nice the staff is. From the lady in the kitchen to the amazing front desk person, Thor. The dining area and rooftop offer you the beautiful view of the lake. The place doesn't have an elevator so Thor helped carry my heavy luggage instead which is much appreciated. Cleanliness of this place is also amazing. Breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone.

    Great location and wonderful, helpful staff..room was old french style with a small balcony...wonderful hot breakfast with view of the lake from top...on the con side..no lift ..that was not specified in the hotel description ...so had to go up/down 5 flights of stairs ( may not be good for older people and people with lottsa luggage and street noise can be unrelenting ...
