    This small hotel is in the middle of everything - lake is a few steps away, shopping in and around the hotel and loads of restaurant options too. Value for money - The rooms are very compact width wise, but are sufficiently long. With a king bed in the room, crossing the bed with narrow width betw the bed and wall was a challenge. But outside of that, there was ample space in the room length wise. If you can bear this small inconvenience, the room is superb. I was upgraded to a room with a small terrace. Was nice to sit outside in the evenings. Considering it’s in the heart of the action, outside was noisy. But inside was alright. Very happy with the hotel. Will stay again.

    Room We booked the double delux room (no window). It felt like a box since we only know if it's already morning by looking at the clock. Breathing felt a bit heavy, good thing there are 2 airconditioners inside the room. We honestly didn't feel like the room is a vacation place. Despite being too tired from our agenda in Hanoi we didn't feel like going back to our hotel for a quick rest and have a bit of a staycation. STAFFS ARE VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY, they made our stay bearable. Don't be too convinced by the discounts and original price. If you love windows and feeling a hotel room like a home this is not for you. But if you just need a room to sleep in then this is the one for you.

    It was a comfortable stay and location is good. Easy to find food and cafes, go shopping and walk to the lake. The lift was up to the 6th floor only so I and my 80-year old mother had to walk up the stairs to the 7th. Good service from the staff.
