New modern 1BR apt near Dickson

Convenient location, modern comfortable apartment, very clean and secure free parking. Requested early check in at the last minute and host was happy to facilitate this request. Appreciated the photos sent to guide us to the apartment.

Just a small oversight was the coffee pods were the wrong size for the machine.

I had a major problem with getting in. 1. the path to the door and the door area was poorly lit 2. The gate has a notice "private keep out!" 3. In the dark it was very hard to open the lock box 4. At no time did the directions mention the fob and what to do with it, critical to getting in. 5 Why send us to the front entrance when the key was for the unit where we collected it? (I was walking). 6. The lock was difficult to use in the beginning and when I left the lock wouldn't operate. I am so glad I got out before it wouldn't work. My comments are all very fixable.

The rude brusque Asian person I rang to ascertain details of apartment number and means of access. Apparently an email had been sent but not to my phone, but rather to my husband’s phone. It was not a good start to our stay.
