Le livret d'accueil, la propreté, le suivi, les équipements, la proximité des commerces. Le box couvert, les ustensiles et les condiments. Le wifi efficace.

L'équipement, j'étais venu pour un évènement tracteur et ce serait top
La seule chose que j'ai pas aimé c'est que j'ai laissé une poubelle, le sol, j'ai pas passé la serpillière, j'ai reçu des insultes

Emplacement idéal pour eux qui travaillent entre le centre de Rennes et Saint-Malo. L'appartement est très propre et les équipements très récents. Guillaume et David sont très sympas et prennent à cœur le confort de leurs locataires. Je recommande !
