Great location but poor communication, full of faults and in need of some maintenance as well as higher standard of clea

Location was great for us.

The apartment could have been cleaned better, and although I appreciate a leak from the flat above is not in their control, the fact I was only told about this at the time of check in was really disappointing. It was obvious they had already completed some repair work so this could have been shared with us so we could decide if it was still appropriate to stay with us having a young child with us. The bathroom stunk of mould and it was poorly ventilated. The wardrobe door was hanging off its hinges and feel of during our stay, and I was promised someone would drop off a bath plug during our stay but this never happened. One of the reasons we had chosen this property was so we could bath our child.

The only thing that could’ve been improved was we found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable. The sofa bed however was great.

Unacceptable!!!!

There was no electricity in the property during my stay. None of the plugs worked, which meant I couldn’t use essential appliances like the coffee machine or charge my phone. I was forced to charge my phone and my baby’s bottle warmer in the car, which is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with an baby. The toilet and bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to use them. The property was covered in dust, and the shower had brown stains, which made the space feel extremely unhygienic. The bed cover was also unhygienic, adding to the overall discomfort and lack of cleanliness. Most seriously, due to the unclean environment, my baby has developed a skin rash.

En somme, pas grand-chose

L’attente après réservation, environ une heure avant d’avoir les codes d’accès la propreté à désirer, les poussières vous regardez un petit peu sur les meubles, c’est pas terrible. La suspente de la chambre, complètement pendante, même pas accroché correctement. Et pour clôturer je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma facture alors que je suis une entreprise et j’en ai besoin pour ma comptabilité.

Nada que ver con las fotos

Por poner algo, las camas eran bastante comodas. Disneyland esta a unos 20 min en bus.

El apartamento es moderno pero si lo cuidaran mas o hicieran un buen mantenimiento seria mejor. Estaba bastante sucio, el menaje de cocina tuvimos que lavarlo antes de usarlo y el horno era inutilizable. Habian humedades en el techo de la cocina y el baño, olía mucho a humedad toda la casa, no era reciente, con lo que se nota que no lo han arreglado. La puerta del armario estaba rota…para ser sinceros, nos hemos llevado un chasco con la elección.

Lage war recht gut, Bäcker und Restaurants sehr dicht. Bus zum Disneyland vor der Tür (Achtung nur mit Bargeld).

Es wurde uns erst ein Tag vor Ankunft von einem Wasserschaden über der Wohnung erzählt, wir wurden gefragt, ob wir stornieren und eine vergleichbare Wohnung buchen wollen (wär sehr kurzfristig geworden?. Darüberhinaus ging das wifi nicht, der Fernseher daher auch nicht und es wurde uns am Abend zuvor mitgeteilt, dass wir um 10 check out haben obwohl auf der Platform 11 Uhr stand.

Хорошо что есть стиральная машинка и сушилка! Фен и все банные пренадлежности были предоставлены. Есть утюг и гладильная доска, это тоже большой плюс. Очень легко попали в номер, сложностей с этим не было совсем никаких!

Балкон не убирали , мне кажется не то что после предыдущих гостей, а вообще, с момента постройки объекта. Весь балкон в пятнах от напитков, стол сломан лежал на стульях! Было много мелких осколков стекла!!! Так же нашли несколько осколков и в самих апартаментах. Полотенца и пол, были в черных волосах!!!!

Le fait que l'appartement ait une proximité avec le parc DisneyLand et un centre commercial pas loin. L'appartement était très complet en terme d'équipement, de propreté et de confort.

L'entrée du bâtiment dans lequel nous logions n'était pas clairement indiquée parmi plusieurs entrées dans un grand bâtiment. De plus, nous avions eu un petit peu de mal à ouvrir la porte car il fallait jouer avec la poignée ronde.

Le meilleur rapport qualité /prix pour aller à Disney. Fortement recommandé pour un couple!

Une communication préalable au séjour incroyable ( application dédiée avec vidéo de présentation du logement, bons plans à proximité, liens utiles..). Aussi les équipements du logement sont vraiment de très haut standing, il y a tout (four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle , plaque à induction , grand frigo américain, machine à café, lave linge, lave vaisselle , grand TV…)

Un peu excentré par rapport à Disney, mais ce point est vite compensé car une ligne de bus est à 2mn à pied.

Superbe appartement pour aller à Disney !

L'appartement est grand, rangé, facile d'accès, des places sont disponibles à proximité, la boulangerie en bas et pratique, pas de vis à vis, 2 lits bébé, une grande télévision avec beaucoup de chaine. Le chauffage au sol top ! Bonne literie. L'arrivé et le départ se fait à n'importe quelle heure avec le système de coffre fort de clé.

Il faudrait inverser l'ouverture et la poigné du frigo. Pas d'eau dans la fontaine. La télévision était configuré en allemand, Netflix en italien. La télécommande de la télévision était un peu compliqué à comprendre. La box orange tv n'était pas connecté (emballage dans meuble de dessous). Je pense que l'hôte venait de la recevoir.

Très bon séjour

Appartement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. La conciergerie de Tiffany gère très bien et les explications sont très claires. Nous avons apprécié le lien envoyé avec tout les services disponibles et la vidéo expliquant comment accéder à l’appartement ainsi que les codes d’accès. Il y à toujours de la place pour ce garer en voiture. Superbe petite boulangerie pour au pied de l’immeuble. 7 mn en voiture de Disneyland. Petite astuce allez vous garer au Parking Indigo du Disney Village. C’est plus près . Je recommande

Belle expérience à Cocon Moderne !

J'ai été septique avant la réservation au vue du premier commentaire sur ce logement mais après avoir eu Tiffany au téléphone j'ai effectué la réservation et j'ai été pleinement satisfait. La vidéo mise à disposition des voyageurs est très professionnelle et explique bien les fonctionnalités du logement. Le minibar est aussi grandement appréciable car je suis arrivé très tard. Tiffany a été disponible et très chaleureuse. L'appartement était très propre, confortable et équipé du nécessaire pour un séjour parfait ! Merci beaucoup !

Le confort, le calme, la proximité de toutes les commodités !

L'appartement est extrêmement bien positionné juste à côté d'une zone commerciale avec boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché, restaurants... Les équipements sont complets et par chance j'ai pu bénéficier de la machine à laver, sèche linge et fer à repasser suite à une tâche sur mon pantalon :-) Literie confortable et appartement calme. Je recommande vivement !
