Host is not truthful, argumentative, poor customer service.

Location, clean.

Hot water service not working properly, heating very slow to warm flat and host said not to use heating despite it taking so long to get warm in winter, took two person charge for city tax when I was a solo traveller. Argued and refused to return money taken. Finally agreed to return the money then cancelled the reservation and pocketed the money for herself instead of paying city tax.

Everything! The area is lovely, there is a shop close, the apartment was cosy and clean. The host was brilliant, she made a QR code and information booklet which really helped. 😁

The apartment is like a house. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and quiet Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Didn't want to leave at all.

Disneyland is very close. On Uber for 10-12 euros about 10 minutes of travel.

Excellent place to stay

Only €7 in a Uber to Disneyland, lots of great restaurants nearby. Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds. I will definitely be booking to stay here again

Tolle Lage, tolle kleine Wohnung und herzliche Gastgeberin. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein, allerdings war die Wohnung tadellos bis auf wenige Stellen, deshalb eher eine Empfehlung als ein Mangel.

Wow, geweldig!

Wat een ontzettend lief ontvangst door Gaëlla. Mooi en schoon appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Opgemaakte bedden en zachte handdoeken lagen klaar voor ons. Privé parking en gated communitie waar het appartement in ligt. We zoeken al jaren naar een vaste verblijfplaats voor Disney en we hebben het gevonden. Dankjewel Gaëlla

Gaëlle est vraiment une belle personne agréable disponible et attentive à ce que nous soyons satisfait de notre séjour. Pleine de conseils . Elle fait vraiment la différence avec les autres propriétaires que j'ai pu déjà avoir... L'appartement est simple et très propre tout est bien aménagé. La terrasse pour les fumeurs est un plus aussi. Petit livret avec plusieurs langues à disposition avec toutes les explications et des conseils pour ce déplacer où manger. Résidence très calme . Je valide totalement et la prochaine fois que nous iront à Disney je n'aurait plus besoin de chercher ou dormir😊

Séjour parfait et confortable

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Appartement propre, bonne douche et matelas/canapé confortable. Près de Disneyland et centre commercial Val d'Europe. Parking sécurisé. Nous avons tenu le propriétaire informé de notre heure d’arrivée donc l’accueil s’est bien passé et la propriétaire est très sympathique. Bonne continuation!

Das Disneyland ist magisch und so auch diese Unterkunft.

Die Lage war perfekt um ins Disneyland zu kommen, Victoria hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles genaustens erklärt. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder kommen.
