Absolutely amazing value for money, great hosts, very kind with parking, couldn't fault anything, and super clean. It was a shame we had a super short stay, but 100% will recommend and will definitely stay again

Great hosts, very clean and great location. Beds very comfy and fridge had milk and water in it which was a nice touch. Also juice and biscuits were available just outside of the room which was also nice. Free parking and WiFi. All in all great value for money!

Hamish was so lovely.The bath was AMAZING and we had a lovely pamper night due to that.It was pristine.My kids loved how there was netflix etc.There is also wifi included and the kids loved that there were toys and books there for them to play with and read and the beds were super comfy.The artwork was fabulous,the room and bathroom are so big and loved how there was bottles of water and a bottle of milk in the fridge in the room and also squash and biscuits and also loved that all the original features of the building were kept.Going to definatly come again both with the children and also for our anniversary next year.Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Good location

Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Our room was not ready, and we were told by the owner to wait for a message when it became available. After waiting around 45 minutes, we finally received the access code. We were then informed that the room we had originally booked was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. Instead, we were placed in a room designed for four adults, with only two beds available. This arrangement was uncomfortable and not what we had paid for or expected. To make matters worse, we noticed bed frames and mattresses dumped in the car park next to our vehicle, which gave a poor impression of the property and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. When we returned home, I submitted a complaint through Booking.com. Despite being contacted by Booking.com, the owner failed to respond or address our concerns. Overall, the lack of communication, unsuitable accommodation, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay. We would not stay here again .
