Lovely stay in Fox Lodge. John and Sue make you feel at home and are super friendly. The family room was spotlessly clean and equipped with 2 super comfy beds lovely one double and a single, modern bathroom with toilet, great sitting area with tv and it was very spacious. The breakfast was great with a choice of cereals, toast, pastries and full English. The property is around a 10/20 min walk to town/ train station and beach. Ubers are very reliable in area and it was around a 20 minutes drive to Lytham. Would recommend and stay again. Can’t fault John and Sues hospitality.

Welcoming hosts and a beautiful room set a very strong first impression. Before O had even arrived John was kindly answering loads of questions I had in transport and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and the card and personalised mug gift was very unexpected indeed. That is going the extra mile for sure!! To sum it up we would not have wanted to stay anywhere else.

Location was great for everything,property was immaculately clean and parking was secure.Excellent food served at breakfast and Hosts John and Sue were the perfect hosts who nothing was too much trouble for them ,they made us feel so welcome throughout our stay ,will definitely be back when visiting Blackpool.
