2BRB Nicely furnished 2 Bedroom Property Independent with Parking

This is a standalone apartment in a silent part of the town. It had 2 bedrooms, a large living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a lot of storage possibilities. The kitchen was well-equipped for a stay with the family. It was comfortable for 5 people (3 adults and 2 teens). There was a possibility to sit and rest in the backgarden and to park in with the car in front of the apartment. We had a nice stay here.

The door could not be closed with the keys, however they assured us that this won't cause any problem, and actually it did not.

Good location Spacious, Working on 3rd bedroom although stairs look a bit steep

Very good position in vicinity of Oxford, Windsor, Blenheim, Cotswolds. The appartment is in quite area and there is an available parking infront of the house. There is enough room in appartment. The owner seems to live next door which was good and he was responsive, tried to be helpful, fixing issues we found.

The owner should take better care of the apartment. We faced many issues: a clogged toilet on the first night, a clogged washing machine filter, a wobbly dining table, chairs falling apart, a missing clothes airer, a half-broken shower hose, and a completely broken bidet hose, loose door hinges ..... We reported all these issues, most of them were fixed and the owner tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. However, it was tiring to find something new every day. This would not have happened if there were regular checks and appropriate maintenance. We didn't even report all the issues because there were other small details. For example, there was only one small spoon in the kitchen, only three bowls, and the clothes airer given to us looked like it was taken from a shed because it was filthy and we had to clean it first. The cleanliness of the rooms should also be improved. There was dust in the corners, on the kitchen windowsill, and under the beds (by the way, why was there a brick under one of the beds? - literally a clay brick) and shower drain started to be clogged as well. There was also some garbage behind the house. The worst part was the beds. In one room, the mattress was bigger than the bed frame, so it curved into a U-shape, making it very uncomfortable. In the second bed, there were only a few bed slats and they weren't fixed in place, so our son had a gap under him until we fixed it ourselves.
