The layout of the property was lovely. Clean and modern.
Photo gives the impression that’s it’s a property with a large drive and maybe only another house however it is in a housing estate which is lovely, but a surprise

Food waste bin right outside front door hadn’t been emptied for some time, full of maggots and surrounded by flies. Sounds of “things” scurrying about in the attic at night, nothing seen but sounded suspiciously like rats.
