The location and lovely house meets our needs for a family reunion It was well equipped kitchen and there were enough utensils to make it easy to cook for the family
We need more dishes for serving family dinners The Sonos did not work in the kitchen so had to use my iPad for music the TV only worked on BBC Iplayer so were limited - no streaming services to watch family films together

Lovely home and great location for what we needed. Comfortable beds- well equipped kitchen
Cleaning product used by cleaners was really smelly- and lasted 12 hours. Bin had no bin bags and was very very grubby (I cleaned it). For a house with room for 6 people there are not enough comfortable seats in lounge to relax. Some areas are a little tatty. One of the games in the selection are not really appropriate to be on display!

Fantastic location, nice layout, loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom.
Before arrival staff communication was great, upon arrival asked for fans due to high temperatures so had to go buy some and told them about problems and nothing was sorted, felt ignored!!!! Bedroom door would not stay shut as broken latch, toilet seat broken, furniture outside the chairs were broken as was the parasol. Hoover not working, no broom at all and nothing there to clean with at all.
