Luminous Loft - Modern Old Town Apartment - by Upstairs

Great location: there’s a tram stop nearby and a bus stop just a bit further. Żabka is right next door, Aldi is just down the street, and the excellent Capri+ cafe is within easy walking distance. It’s a wonderful, quiet street with virtually no sirens or typical urban noise. I was impressed by how well-equipped the apartment is; everything for a comfortable stay is provided, from kitchen utensils and appliances to a vacuum cleaner and iron. And as a lovely surprise, there was a great selection of Krakow guidebooks along with some fiction books to enjoy! The interior is incredibly well-thought-out—I'm amazed at how much storage space was tucked into the layout. The balcony also deserves special mention for its cozy, discreet lighting and comfortable chairs; it's the perfect spot to feel elevated above the city bustle, sipping a cup of black tea after a long, sightseeing day.

One of the biggest drawbacks is the hot water. You have to run cold water for several minutes to get a warm shower. But given the age of the area, I don't think this is the owners' fault.

Sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen und schön. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist für sehr große Menschen gedacht:) Kein Geschirrtuch, man soll die Küchenrolle nutzen, was wir nicht sehr nachhaltig finden. Wenn man mit Auto anreist, beschäftigt euch mit der Parksituation. Wir hatten Glück und uns mit ner App durchgekämpft.

This apartment was a perfect size for a couple. We loved the extra sitting space by the bedroom window. At the end of the block was a beautiful park. The neighborhood had a gym, which we joined for the month, and two grocery stores were within easy walking distance, along with a Zabka on every other block.

We loved everything.

Bien ubicado. 15 minutos a pie del Stare Miasto y a solo 2 minutos de una parada de tranvía. Si vas con coche, lo normal es poder aparcar en la misma calle. Sólo una vez tuvimos que aparcar "lejos" (menos de 150 metros, jeje, si eso es lejos). Me pareció una zona muy segura (aunque tampoco tuve la sensación de inseguridad en ninguna zona de la ciudad) Dos terrazas, una da la calle y otra al amplio y verde patio interior. Muy cuidada la estética y los servicios (cocina, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno+microondas, productos de limpieza). Supermercados cercanos abiertos hasta las 23.00 o 00.00 La comunicación muy agil a través de la app. Recomendable 100%

Por decir algo, eché en falta una bayeta. Con todo lo que había en el apartamento me sorprendió que faltase una simple bayeta nueva. Insisto que es sólo por señalar algo a mejorar, aunque visto el cuidado por los detalles lo achaco más a un simple descuido que a otra cosa.
