The location is amazing, close to Metro, Eiffel Tower, good restaurants and stores. The apartment size is great as it gave a space so we did not feel on top of each other. Had four in our group. The agent was very helpful and responsive. The tips they gave really helped make our stay good.
The only complaint we have is that the white towels need replacing as they were like sandpaper & there was not enough of them.

Location…location…location. It was perfect for our family group of seven. Very comfortable apartment. Very traditional second floor walk up. The communication was flawless, as was our check-in.
It was better than expected. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, boulangeries, etc. Wonderful neighborhood. Easy walk to RER or Metro. Bus stopped just outside our door.
