Terasa a výhled z ní jsou skvělé. Parkovat se dá pár kroků od domu, okolí je velmi krásné.

Dobře vybavená kuchyň. Relativně klidná lokalita, i když parkování nebylo možné přímo u domu, tak byla dostupnost ok.
Velká vlhkost v domě, v krajních pokojích zvláštní odér. V levém pokojí strašně vrzala postel, při každém otočení se člověk vzbudil. Přítomnost švábů v koupelně, ale to bývá na Madeiře normální. Jelikož jsme bydleli v domě 14 dnů, tak bych uvítal v polovině pobytu výměnu ručníků.
