Très bien situé, spacieux, parking en sous sol (même si très étroit)
Les salles de bain à refaire (exemple : douche et porte serviettes rouillés), le réfrigérateur et la cafetière qui fonctionnent mal.

Appartamento accogliente e in posizione perfetta. E, cosa che spesso non è importante ma a Madeira invece è preziosa, il posto auto in garage coperto era un plus apprezzatissimo.

Localização bem central, perto de supermercados e praia. Cozinha equipada e ponto extra para máquina de roupa!!
Podiam primar mais na limpezaaaaa!! Cortinas de chuveiro com bolor, chuveiros sujos e com fuga de água.
