The “Sonnenblume” vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe awaits you in a prime location right in town and on the beach. It spans two floors and offers approximately 51 square meters of living space. With the seemingly endless sea just within reach, enjoy your break from everyday life here in the healthy sea air, surrounded by amenities that leave nothing to be desired.
The first floor is dominated by the light-filled living and dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen. Make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the large-screen flat-panel TV (Smart TV), watch a DVD, read a good book, or surf the Internet. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. On the front terrace, which faces southeast, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and soak up the sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop (including an oven and range hood), a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—providing everything you need for cooking, frying, and baking. Of course, all the necessary cooking and dining utensils are also provided. The nearest bakery and grocery store are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can choose to dine at the large dining table indoors or on the furnished terrace while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The in-house washing machine is extremely useful—you can use it, for example, to wash your beach gear. Of course, there are also ironing supplies, as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom, to keep everything neat and clean at all times.
On the first floor, you’ll also find a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower/toilet, illuminated vanity, and your very own private sauna. Perfect for relaxing after a refreshing walk on the beach!
One floor up, the open loft under romantic sloped ceilings, featuring a couch (which can be converted into a bed) and additional seating, offers a retreat for relaxing or working. From the small balcony, you’ll enjoy a view of the sea. You’ll also find a second bathroom with a shower/toilet and your two bedrooms here. The beds measure 1.80 m x 2.00 m and 2.00 m x 2.00 m, respectively. Blackout curtains and fly screens on the windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Good to know:
• A high chair and a travel crib (without linens) are available.
• Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
• Please bring your own firewood.
• For fire safety reasons, barbecuing is only permitted on an electric grill, which you must bring yourself.
The “Sonnenblume” vacation home is generally designed for up to 4 people, but can also be booked for up to 6 people thanks to the option of adding an extra bed in the open loft. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.
The costs for electricity (currently €0.50/kWh) and water (currently €10.00/m³) are billed based on consumption and deducted from the security deposit of €150.00 (Prices subject to change).
