The beach is 400 meters away, the nearest shopping area is about 300 meters away, and the famous Wilhelmstraße—with its seaside-style villas, cafés, and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Idea
The country house was built with Swedish charm and German craftsmanship. It’s not just fans of Scandinavia who’ll find their vacation paradise in this wooden house. In addition to its distinctive appearance—with its wooden facade, gabled roof, and charming lattice windows—it invites you to relax by the sea with plenty of natural light and Nordic coziness.
Built with high-quality materials using eco-friendly construction methods combined with modern home technology (central ventilation, a water softener, and a modern heating system with central hot water supply), the house embodies style, clean lines, and a high level of comfort. The first floor can be kept at a comfortable temperature thanks to underfloor heating, and the wood-burning stove ensures a cozy atmosphere all year round.
The living area spans more than 120 square meters, and the spacious living area—including the kitchen and dining area—guarantees a relaxing stay with family or friends. The interior features high-quality country-style furniture, and the coordinating color palette consists primarily of shades of white, gray, mauve, and sea blue.

This non-smoking home accommodates 4 + 2 people. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: a wood-burning stove, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV, two flat-screen TVs, a washing machine, a dishwasher, patio furniture, a grill, lounge chairs, a bike shed and racks, and two parking spaces. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens.

The attic houses the two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower, and one also has a bathtub. The floor is covered with oak parquet. Heating is provided by wall-mounted radiators, which can be individually controlled.
The attic also houses the owners’ apartment, which is not available for rent.
