Welcome to Apartment 2 WellenSpiel! This charming two-room apartment, featuring a terrace sheltered from the wind and weather where you can enjoy the evening sun, welcomes you on the first floor of Villa Beatrice. Designed for two people and smoke- and pet-free, this wonderfully spacious temporary home offers a generous 57 square meters of living space where you’re guaranteed to feel right at home.
The apartment consists of a combined living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway. The terrace is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
Two high-quality leather sofas—one of which features an electrically adjustable reclining function—invite you to take a seat. A small selection of travel books and fiction is available for browsing. Of course, there’s also free Wi-Fi and a large-screen flat-panel TV, complete with smart features.
The exclusive built-in kitchen, featuring brand-name appliances from Liebherr, Neff, Bosch, WMF, and Bauknecht, isn’t just a visual treat—it’s practically begging you to let your culinary skills run wild. Among other things, you’ll find a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer combo, a raclette grill, and, of course, a kettle, toaster, a drip coffee maker, and an additional coffee capsule machine. You can choose to dine at the large dining table or outside on the terrace in the fresh Baltic Sea air. If you’d rather treat yourself to a meal at a restaurant or café, there are plenty of options within walking distance.
In the bedroom, which features a large closet for your vacation wardrobe and a second TV, a wonderfully comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) promises sweet dreams. The two bedside lamps are a special highlight. Not only do they provide atmospheric lighting, but they can also play your own playlist or favorite audiobook via Bluetooth.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a shower stool, a toilet, an illuminated vanity with a large mirror and a hair dryer, as well as a towel warmer. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures here and in all other rooms of the apartment.
As a special extra, a free beach chair is available on the beach seasonally (usually from May through the end of September).
