The south-east-facing terrace, which is also furnished, offers a view of the Baltic Sea and is the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast.
The living area is divided into a cozy leather seating area with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, and a dining area with a dining table for four people as well as a kitchenette. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and various small appliances to round out the amenities.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1 x 180x200 cm, 1 x 160x200 cm). The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hair dryer, and a washer-dryer.
A flat-screen TV is located in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. A stereo system with a DVD/CD player and free Wi-Fi internet access round out the apartment’s amenities. The telephone line provided allows you to make calls to German landlines at no additional cost.
A private underground parking space in the building is available. You are welcome to use the bike rack in front of the building for your bicycles.
