"Ankerplatz 15" Apartment
This elegant, non-smoking apartment with approximately 100 m² of living space is located on the first floor and is ideal for 1 to 4 people (plus a toddler). Upon prior notice and for a small fee, a well-behaved dog is also welcome.
In the spacious and light-filled living-dining area (approx. 42 m²), you’ll find, among other things, a large dining area, a cozy corner sofa, a recliner, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV (50 inches) with a DVD player, and a stereo system. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment, so you don’t have to miss out on your video-on-demand services (Amazon, Maxdome, Netflix, etc.) even while on vacation.
The harmoniously integrated kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, and much more.
Both the kitchen and living areas open onto the approximately 13 m² southwest-facing terrace. The adjoining, fenced-in garden area of 37 m², complete with a beach chair, is perfect for relaxing.
Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m. In the smaller bedroom, the box-spring beds can be arranged either as twin beds or as a double bed—without that annoying “gap in the middle.” And, of course, each bedroom also has a TV.
The view from the bedrooms looks directly out onto the beech forest, where you can hear the sound of the sea when the windows are open.
The modern bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower as well as a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet with a sink.
All rooms feature underfloor heating as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with triple-pane glass and exterior blinds, which ensure complete quiet.
