About this house rental
This thatched vacation home, located directly on the Bodden, is approximately 140 m² in size. The exclusive living space is spread over three levels and consists of two bedrooms, a sleeping area in the converted attic, two bathrooms, and a spacious living/dining area. Thanks to its unique location, the house offers a stunning view of the water from each of the high-quality furnished rooms, as well as from every point on the property and the terrace.
The spacious living area, featuring a dining table for six people and an adjacent, high-quality kitchen, is located on the first floor. The living room is equipped with a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV. During the cooler months, a crackling fire in the fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. Two cozy seating areas, positioned in front of one of the large glass walls, invite you to linger and relax while offering an unobstructed view of the vast expanse of the Hagen Wieck and the Zicker Mountains.
The adjacent kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various small kitchen appliances. A kitchen counter with stools rounds out the high-quality furnishings.
One of the modern bathrooms is also located on the first floor. It features a sink, a shower, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available.
A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. Here you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a large, comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and its own flat-screen TV. A wardrobe in each bedroom offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also features a separate dressing area with a recamier that invites you to sit down.
The highlight on this floor is the house’s second bathroom. From the bathtub, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Hagensche Wieck. Relaxation is guaranteed here—regardless of the season. A large walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a bidet, and another flat-screen TV turn this room into a true wellness oasis. A sauna, also with a magnificent view, rounds out the exclusive experience.
The third sleeping area, featuring a freestanding cabin bed (approx. 1.60 x 2 m), is located in the converted attic of the house.
The spacious, wraparound terrace completes the outstanding overall impression. Balcony and patio furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
Two parking spaces and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Bicycles, beach gear, children’s toys, etc., can be stored in a lockable shed.
This exclusive vacation home can be booked for 1–6 people. Your small, well-behaved four-legged friend is also permitted upon request and for a fee.
