The entire first floor features exposed beam ceilings and heated terracotta flooring. A spacious entryway with a coat closet leads to the roomy living and dining room with an open kitchen. The first floor also features an elegant shower room with a toilet.
The living area is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa and an armchair, a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player, and a cozy reading nook with two comfortable wingback chairs. The dining area features a large dining table that seats 6 people.
The country-style decor continues into the open kitchen, which is subtly separated from the dining area by a half-height wall with exposed timber beams.
