Welcome to the Liuba vacation rental! This comfortably furnished two-room apartment measures approximately 55 square meters and is located on the first floor of a two-story house, just about 80 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and the beach promenade. All windows, as well as the door leading to the furnished terrace (approx. 13 square meters), are equipped with insect screens.
From the entryway with its coat rack, you enter the spacious and modern living area, which features a corner sofa bed, a 140-cm SMART TV, a stereo system, a CD and Blu-ray player, and a dining table. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
The kitchenette is integrated into the living area. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a kettle, and various small kitchen items that round out the kitchen’s amenities.
The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV.
The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower, equipped with a rain showerhead, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and radio. A safe for your valuables, an iron with an ironing board, a high chair, books, various DVDs, and board games, as well as a vacuum cleaner, are included in the amenities.
Special: The vacation rental includes a beach chair provided at the beach (Exit 28), which is available to guests free of charge during the swimming season (weather permitting, from May through September).
In the building’s basement, there is a shared bicycle storage room, as well as a washing machine and dryer that you can use for a fee. A parking space is available free of charge directly at the building, on the private property with a gate.
