Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus Seydlitz (Wohnung 14). Ein großer Pluspunkt ist definitiv die hervorragende Lage und die allgemeine Ausstattung der Wohnung, die dafür sorgen, dass man sich selbst bei schlechtem Wetter dort sehr wohlfühlt und die Zeit genießen kann. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind zudem der dazugehörige Parkplatz, was in Binz ein echter Luxus ist, sowie das sehr gute und stabile WLAN. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, denen eine Top-Lage und gute Infrastruktur wichtiger sind als modernstes Entertainment. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Ein paar Abzüge müssen wir bei der technischen Ausstattung machen: Die Beleuchtung wirkt durch alte Leuchtelemente etwas veraltet und wenig gemütlich. Zudem ist der Fernseher leider recht klein, schlecht platziert und weist eine eher schlechte Tonqualität auf – hier wäre ein Upgrade zeitgemäß.

Positiv: Die Lage und die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung 1. Sehr neuwertige und hochwertige Kücheneinrichtung mit allen benötigten Utensilien. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe in der Nähe der Wohnung.
In Wohnung 1 ist das Bett sehr niedrig - für ältere Personen kaum geeignet. Weiterhin ist die Dusche sehr hoch und glatt - vor allem nach Benutzung und beim Aussteigen.

Unterkunft in Strandnähe, sodass man in 2 Minuten am Strand war. Schön aus das die Unterkunft einen großen Balkon hatte. Alles war sauber. Die Einrichtung war modern mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeeautomat, Toaster usw.
Die Matratze war mir zu weich, da ich gewohnt bin auf etwas härtester zu schlafen

Die Lage ist sehr gut in zweiter Reihe. Es war schön warm in der Wohnung.
Die Betten waren durchgelegen und es lagen viele tote Fliegen im Bad. Wohl noch von wärmeren Zeiten. Staubgewischt war auch schon lange nicht mehr.
