Apartment 12 in Villa “Maria,” with approximately 30 m² of living space on the first floor. Villa “Maria” was newly built in 2001 in the center of Binz.
Apartment 12 in Villa “Maria,” with approximately 30 m² of living space, is located on the first floor and features a living room/bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a large south-facing balcony. The Baltic Sea is visible from the side view off the balcony.
Wi-Fi in the vacation apartment and a parking space in the “Granitz” parking garage (max. height 1.90 m) are included free of charge. It’s only about 50 m from Villa “Maria” to the beach promenade and the beach. The famous Kurhaus in Binz, the pier, the main street, countless restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets and much more, are within a 1–5-minute walk. So you won’t need a car during your well-deserved vacation.
