Vacation apartment Meehr Binz - Villa Strandburg

Villa Strandburg is located just a few meters from the beach promenade and the kilometer-long white-sand beach. The modern and invitingly furnished “Meehr Binz” apartment is located on the first floor of the Bädervilla. It features one separate bedroom with a double bed; two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The open-concept living area features a kitchenette and a dining area. In addition to a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer, you’ll also find a kettle, toaster, and a capsule coffee machine.
Pets are allowed.
A fee of €10 per night per pet applies, plus a one-time pet cleaning fee of €25. The municipality of Binz charges a visitor’s tax of 2,- € per day for dogs (subject to change)
Located on the picturesque Prorer Wiek, the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is a vacation destination worth experiencing in every season. Here, the diverse natural landscape, numerous attractions, and the charm of a traditional seaside resort come together in a delightful blend.
The town and its surroundings, nestled between the Granitz and the Schmale Heide—which connect the island’s Muttland region with the Jasmund Peninsula—can be explored equally well on foot or by bike.
In addition to its fine sandy beach, the Baltic Sea resort is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The nature reserve around Lake Schmachter is also documented at the Rügen Natural Heritage Center. For active vacationers, a bike ride to the Granitz Hunting Lodge in the hinterland of Binz is well worth the effort.
A stroll along the beach promenade, past many magnificent villas, is a delightful experience. From the 370-meter-long pier, you can also take boat tours around the island of Rügen.
Note: Maintenance work is being carried out in the underground parking garage from 24.03.2025 to 28.03.2025. The work will be carried out daily from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During this time, access to the underground parking garage will not be possible.
