Welcome to “Küstenkind Binz”!
Our “Küstenkind Binz” vacation apartment in Villa Strandidyll, which underwent extensive renovations in 2026, offers 75 square meters of space for up to 5 people. It is located on the mezzanine level of the historic villa.
You’ll find a freshly redesigned, cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom with natural light, and two balconies with stunning ocean views.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished main balcony and enjoy a breathtaking view directly of the Baltic Sea. The living area also features a practical fold-out bed that you can easily convert into a full-size double bed in just a few simple steps. On the couch, you can relax and wind down at the end of your day in front of the flat-screen TV.
The kitchenette with dining area invites you to make yourself at home. It is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all other necessary utensils. From here, you can access the second balcony, which offers a beautiful side view of the sea.
The bedroom features a 1.80-meter-wide double bed, an additional single bed, an LED TV, and a closet. A spacious bathroom with natural light rounds out the amenities of your apartment.
Your dog is welcome to join you on vacation upon request and for a fee.

You’ll be staying right on the car-free beach promenade in the lovingly renovated Villa Strandidyll. Built in the classic style of seaside resort architecture, you’ll enjoy its special charm here. Via direct beach access No. 25, you’ll have immediate access to the wide, kilometer-long, fine-sand beach of the most beautiful Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen.
Important information for your stay:
Check-in and check-out: You can check in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, or by prior telephone arrangement. On the day of departure, you may use your apartment until 10:00 AM.
Linens & Baby Equipment: You can bring your own towels and bed linens or conveniently add them to your reservation in advance. We’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair (please request these immediately after booking).
Parking: You may use a parking space at the property free of charge during your vacation.
Laundry: A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building’s basement (for a fee).
Bicycles: A bicycle storage room is available at Villa Strandidyll Neubau (on the same property).
