On the entry level, you’ll find the open living area with a coat closet, a high-quality seating area, and a large plasma TV. The adjacent built-in kitchen not only looks chic but is also well-equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop including an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker (filter size 04) as well as a kettle, toaster, and various small kitchen appliances.
The entry level also features the bathroom with a shower/toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and hair dryer, as well as one of the two bedrooms, furnished with a comfortable double bed. On the half-level accessible from the living area, you’ll find the dining table, a reading nook with two armchairs, and the second bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed.
Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, the large rooftop terrace enjoys plenty of sunshine, allowing you to enjoy wonderfully relaxing moments. The patio furniture, including a beach chair, is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
