Located at the very front of the Strandschlösschen, Half 1 welcomes you with approximately 100 m² of living space spread over two floors. Like the other three halves of the house, it features a large, functionally furnished living room on the first floor, which feels especially cozy thanks to the exposed beams. The west-facing terrace is equipped with lounge chairs and a seating area.
Two sofas in front of the large flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and the wood-burning stove ensure pleasant evenings, even when the weather outside isn’t ideal. The large dining table seats four people. The kitchenette, which blends harmoniously into the living area, is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various small appliances that round out the amenities. A washing machine is also located here.
The bathroom of your vacation home is also located on the first floor and features a shower/toilet, a heated towel rack, and a sink with a hair dryer.
