This 4-room house features a living area of approximately 140 m² spread over two levels. Underfloor heating throughout the home ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. The approximately 35 m² terrace is furnished and faces south.
The first floor features a spacious living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living area is furnished with a high-quality leather sofa set, a large-screen TV, a stereo system with a DVD player, and a dining table that seats up to 6 people. Internet access via a DSL 7000 flat-rate plan is available to you free of charge.
