The bedrooms consist of a king-size, two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking with permit discs. Two well-behaved pets welcomed but must be kept downstairs. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Please note the property can only accept Monday or Friday check ins for the property. Please note - we can only accept checks ins on Monday over the Christmas and New Year period. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing. Add to this all the usual seaside entertainment and bustling promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone.
