Adorable, WATERFRONT Cottage with GUEST HOUSE. This quintessential lake-style cottage is just the right amount of space for you and a few guests ! Enjoy the open floor plan, flexible sleeping configuration with two bedrooms and a full bath in the main house, and a detached guest house with bedroom #3 and another full bath, totally private! The detached "Man Cave" shed offers additional recreation with window units and a refrigerator, darts, & more. Waterfront is amazing, with sundeck space - tucked into a quiet, clear water cove, but quickly out to big water on Lake Anna's PUBLIC SIDE!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. Nice property with all the amenities for a fun Lake vacation. Well stocked kitchen with nice appliances, screened porch with lots of furniture to lounge, nice fire pit. The porch and outside furniture is a little worn but comfortable. Front and deck steps need to be replaced. All in all a great place.

Our stay was a 4 day weekend. The property was better than described. The main house was very nice and clean. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There was ample space outside in the screened in porch for everyone and then some. It was very hot while we were there and the AC kept it nice and comfortable inside. My daughter stayed in the secondary house and it was comfortable as well.
We kept a bass boat docked for our entire stay and the dock was easily accommodating but a bigger boat might be a challenge.
There was a really nice fire pit area that we weren’t able to use due to the heat (+100 with excessive heat warnings every day) while we were there but I’d like to come back and use it in the fall.

The place was BIGGER than it looked on the listing, clean with great amenities and even had a stash of floaties available for use. The screened in deck was our favorite part, and outside was a fire pit and direct access to the water. Would absolutely visit again
