About this house rental
Serenity Cove is the perfect waterfront lake getaway! The name comes from its unique location on the lake that provides the privacy of a secluded cove right off the main lake.
Location:
We are on the public side of the lake which has boat access to all local restaurants and marinas. We are about a 15 min drive to Food Lion (Grocery store), 10 min drive from Dollar General. Lake Anna Winery is 8 minutes down the road. We are about 35 mins from downtown Fredericksburg, 1 hour from Charlottesville, 1 hour from Richmond, 45 minutes to Kings Dominion & about 1 hour and 40 mins from DC.
The Property:
The property is located on a relatively quiet cove and features its own small cove with a deep water dock allowing for swimming and floating (and great fishing!) without the nuisance of constant wakes etc. Beautiful trees and water are your view from the dock with no neighbor to the left and undeveloped land across the lake. You can launch your own boat from our private ramp as well as tie it up on the dock. You can waterski, wakeboard and tube in our cove in view of the dock without having to venture out to the busier part of the lake. The spacious dock allows for all your guests to spread out and enjoy the lake together. 300 feet of waterfront.
The Home:
Our comfortable home gives you a classic lake house feel! The large wrap around deck provides plenty of room to spread out to enjoy the sun. The upper level open concept common area provides plenty of light and access to the large upper deck. The large two-story stone fireplace provides that true lake house feel and wonderful warmth in the winter. It is a great space to play games, relax and enjoy good company. The large open kitchen comes fully equipped. Washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. Wifi throughout the home. Finally, relax on the comfy leather sectional in the downstairs entertainment area stocked with tons of movies and cable to give way for an amazing movie night at the end of a long action packed lake day. All bathrooms completely renovated in 2022.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The first master bedroom is on the main level and has a private sitting area with a pull out bed and TV, full bath, queen sized bed, and access to the back deck. The second master bedroom is also located on the main level with its own full bath, queen bed, stunning views of the lake, and access to the top deck! The first downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The second downstairs room has a queen bed with access to the lower deck and beautiful views of the lake. The final bedroom downstairs also has a queen bed, access to the lower deck, and beautiful views.

You have complete private access to the entire property (other than locked owner storage closets, garage and boathouse).
