The house is spacious and extremely well equipped. Every kitchen gadget you can think of is there! Outside furniture is plenty and all in good condition. The dock was great & we had a boat with us the whole time. Still plenty of space for our group of 11. Paddle boards and kayaks were used everyday & the kids had so much fun. We needed NOTHING while we were there - the house & yard was enough to entertain us for the entire stay. Fire pit, pool table, games and Beautiful lake views. Absolutely would return and stay again!

Great family reunion spot! And although we did not have small children, there were plenty of family games/toys for all ages! And the kayaks were an awesome addition :) Super clean and well maintained, good wifi and right on the water where other family members on the lake could pull up their boat. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again! Thanks Ryann!

This was our second summer at Ryann's place. As occurred the first time, she was very responsive before and during our stay. This area of the lake works out well for us - close enough to the marina to be able to easily rent jet skis but also in a no-wake/out of the way area where we could enjoy just floating in tubes tied to the dock, practicing on the paddle boards or letting the kids swim without being concerned that they were going to get in the way of boaters. Drinking my coffee from the screened in porch is my favorite activity, followed closely by lazy days hanging out on the dock. We caught many catfish and brim from the dock in the evenings and I got some great sunrise and sunset pictures. Wasn't anything we needed but didn't have - I purposely only shopped for half the week's meals because the Food Lion is only 10 min away (The MooThru is only a few min further if you need some hand-dipped ice cream!). Wifi was sufficient for what we needed and enough that I could livestream the Women's World Cup games in the mornings on the main TV. Like last time, I appreciated the plentiful blankets, pillows and towels. Always nice to have the ability to do laundry and although I had brought detergent, Ryann also had that available. Love the big table for family meals or rounds of "Exploding Kittens" or Texas Hold'em. Don't imagine this will be our last trip to this great property!

We had a wonderful week at your house. Fished off the dock and floated on rafts, our granddaughter loved the playground, and we played basketball and pickleball on the basketball court. The house was also great…well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kids area in the basement was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was awesome! Ryann was also great to work with. The lake location, dock, sand area, grill, sleeping for all 13 of us, pool table, proximity to Sturgeon Creek and Lake Anna Marina (rented a pontoon there), basketball hoop, playground, kayaks, life vests, stand up boards and the fishing. We caught catfish, bluegill and perch like crazy. It’ll spoil you. The entire family loved it and thought it was one of the best vacations/get-away we’ve had in a while. We look forward to going back.

This was a perfect location and great place if you are looking for a quiet place on the lake. We had 7 teenagers with us and they could not get enough of the water and the pool table. A definite recommendation.

We loved our stay & found the house to be absolutely perfect! Our kids loved the toys/play area, as well as the outdoor playground. Great view & a great spot for family to gather for Thanksgiving!

We had a great time on lake! All 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards were enjoyed as well as fishing off the private dock. The kids loved the playground, played at the little beach area and they really enjoyed the separate play area in the basement. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. Ryann was so great during the process and responded promptly. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed at Ryan’s home for a long weekend and it was perfect. The pictures didn’t do this home justice. Has everything you can need for a lake home. Ryan was very attentive and understanding. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything was amazing the location the house is in, just 2 beds were pretty uncomfortable but overall a great place.

This was our 6th vacation to Lake Anna. We have stayed in other homes but this one was by far the best!! The house was extremely clean and organized. The house had games, ping pong, pool table and more. The kitchen was great. Anything you needed to cook with was available. The dock was wonderful with paddle boards and a sandy beach which were a lot of fun. The house had an incredible screen in porch to hang out on at night. Lastly, the owners were helpful, caring and just great people. We will for sure come back to this amazing home inside and out.

Fun & relaxing! We brought our 4 kayaks which allowed us to have boats or boards for all 10 in our party. The house was perfect - open, beautiful views, tastefully decorated. We appreciated all the kitchen appliances and extra towels! The covered dock was a blessing and allowed my 76-yr-old parents to enjoy watching the kids play in the water when they visited for lunch, despite the 90-degree weather. Ryann was very responsive before and during the stay. We will definitely be back!

Prior to arriving, the homeowner made sure we had all check in details. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that were included with the home. The kids enjoyed the dock and the little beach area as well. We rented a boat on our vacation so the dock was so nice for us. The location of the house was perfect as well due to us being able to fill up the boat with gas right across the lake from us. We loved the location, all of the things that were included with the home and attention to detail such as how clean this property was. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Lake Anna. This property on the lake was amazing. The dock was amazing for fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Our kids/nephews/nieces loved sleeping in the room with 3 bunkbeds and having 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards provided hours of entertainment. Multiple life jackets for all ages were provided. The property is located in a cove directly across from a marina. It felt very secluded during the weekday (slightly busier on weekends), but since it is a no wake zone it felt very safe for our kids to wonder quite far from the dock. The marina was a plus for us b/c it provided occasional waves that the kids enjoyed. Some previous reviews noted the proximity of a road. Honestly, I don't think i would have noticed it if I didn't read it in a review. You can't see the road from the back porch and it wasn't loud. If you are expecting a remote/secluded lake house, then this property isn't probably your best choice.The icing on the cake for us was the screened in back porch overlooking the lake. Pool table, legos, random books, games, basketball court, playground, soccer nets, and large open yard provided the rest of the entertainment when not on the lake. The owner, Ryann was very easy and prompt to work with. A low battery smoke detector was quickly fixed with Ryann texting me the location of extra 9 volts. The house did show signs of being lived in (marks on wall for example) which actually put me at ease having young kids but overall the house felt clean and well stocked. The way Ryann/housekeepers handled the linen/towels was amazing. They have a system in place I've never seen utilized, but it made sense and minimized waste/guaranteed clean linen. We visited in July and the water temps were perfect. Warm enough to be in the water before the sun came up or on overcast/drizzly days, yet refreshing on those sunny 90 degree days.

What can i say, you can just take your clothes/food and enjoy. This house was a great location on the lake. Nestled back in a cove, it was perfect for fishing, tubing and waterskiing. We enjoyed the dock everyday and the paddle boards were a plus. Pool/ping ping at night was fun. The kitchen was stocked and many appliances that were provided for use. It was nice that ALL the linens were provided even though i did bring my own towels to use. Lots of games for family fun time. Yes you could see alittle part of the highway and the marina was back in the cove also. But there was not alot of traffic from the cars or the boats to distract the fun and relaxation. Enjoying coffee in the morning and night time cards on the screened porch was tranquil. I would definitely stay here again.

House was perfect for our group of 12. Owner had house stocked with garbage bags, tissues, paper towels and cleaning products and shampoos, hand soap and lotions. Nice touch! Large screened in covered porch was our favorite spot! Close to gas and food store. Owner very easy to work with and available if needed. Great week on the lake . This is our 4th time vacationing at Lake Anna.

It was the perfect getaway home for friends and family. We took advantage of the kayaks, the paddleboards, the pool/ping-pong table, the screened-in porch with comfy furniture... There were 9 of us (yrs. 15 and up) and the house was the perfect size- plenty of places to sit and eat together when we wanted to or spread out. The two teenagers could be in the bottom floor with their own bathroom + there were bathrooms on each of the other two levels. We would stay there again without question. The host was super-responsive and the house was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the shaded dock (with ceiling fan!) while others fished and swam.

This is our second time at the property. Everything listed was present, and the attention to detail, especially with regards to cleanliness, was outstanding. All communications with the owner we’re very friendly & efficiently cared for. Loved having the boat dock available as we did rent a pontoon for two days. Even got a chance to swim this time! We will definitely return for future visits; we love it here!

My family and friends enjoyed our stay at this house. The lake view is spectacular! The house is. very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easier for us to cook our meals. We will definitely rent this house again!

Our group had an infant, and there was plenty of things for the little one. Pack n play, toys, dishes, lifejackets for kids.. Homeowner is quite responsive as well.

This was our first time vacationing at Lake Anna and we couldn't have picked a better house to experience all the area has to offer. The house itself was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong and shooting pool in the basement and having an area they could hang out on their own. Ryann was a pleasure to deal with and she made the entire rental process simple and easy. No issues with check in or check out whatsoever. She even informed us ahead of time that there were kayaks and stand-up paddle boards now available at the house for renters to use. The dock area was great for swimming and fishing - which we did quite a bit of. The only downside to the property itself is the actual location on the lake. It's right across from a marina and near the major roadway, so you can hear the vehicle traffic while sitting at the dock area. It's not a major issue, but if you're looking for a secluded location, this isn't the place. Other than that, this was a perfect house for our vacation and we're already planning a return trip!

Other than some scuffs on the walls (it's a rental and to be expected), this home was so clean it looked like no one had been there before us. Second, I love that they added four kayaks. That saved us a decent amount of money on rentals. Third, the location was not great. We could see the highway and hear cars pass along the highway at any time of day when outside. So, we didn't really get the "quiet lake experience" we had hoped for. If it hadn't been for that piece, we would have rented again before leaving. So, if you have no concern about hearing cars drive by - Then book this place ASAP. You will not be disappointed at all.

Our second stay at this home was even better than the first. There’s something for all ages. We love this vacation house. Ryann is always very accommodating and easy to work with. Hopefully we will back next year! Thank you
