Large deck and screened porch have seating, dining and gas grill for those diners overlooking the water and enjoying the awesome sunsets. Waterfront has a gazebo for outdoor meals in the shade, and plenty of tie up space for your water toys. Nice fire pit for those S'mores after a long day on the water. - Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles.(No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
