About this house rental
S'more Lake Time is a one-of-a-kind lakefront gem and is all about the view of Lake Anna. Every room has a stunning view of the water or the magical court yard and Japanese garden. Located on 2 acres at the lower end of the lake, with 200 feet of waterfront in a no-wake zone cove, with a nice beach. Adults and kids alike can float and play with no worries of boat traffic. This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a bonus room with bunks. No lack of family space here. Two family rooms, dining room, eat in kitchen, breezeway with table, seating area, foosball, bonus room with additional seating and TV. Large deck and screened porch have seating, dining and gas grill for those diners overlooking the water and enjoying the awesome sunsets. Waterfront has a gazebo for outdoor meals in the shade, and plenty of tie up space for your water toys. Nice fire pit for those S'mores after a long day on the water. Home has cable internet and TV, and ample parking for your family and friends.

- No Pets Allowed.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
